I'm a systems-minded designer and leader. I turn complexity into clarity through structure, frameworks, and things that keep working after I stop touching them.
Most designers optimise the artifact. I tend to optimise the system around it — the decision-making framework, the information architecture, the way a team is organised, the thing that makes the next hundred decisions easier instead of the current one prettier.
I'm motivated by leverage. I would rather solve a problem once, properly, than solve it repeatedly. That instinct shows up the same way whether I'm leading a design team through an enterprise engagement or building a race-discovery app on a weekend.
As a leader I think in ecosystems rather than individuals: role clarity, feedback, and environments where people can do their best work. I treat leadership as a system that keeps evolving, which mostly means asking for the feedback nobody volunteers.
I value clarity over complexity, usefulness over theory, and structure over ambiguity. In conversation I'm direct and I skip the corporate wrapper.
